From 2010 until moving to Amsterdam in 2014, Matthew served as editor of ‘Palate’, the food and dining section of revered Australian lifestyle and design magazine Vogue Living.

Immersed in the city’s thriving drinking and dining scene, he wrote and produced hospitality and design related features that gave readers up-to-date commentary on one of the world’s finest and most energetic dining destinations.
